The CTEK MULTI XS 25000 battery charger revives, charges, checks and maintains virtually all types of 12V lead acid batteries (Wet, MF, GEL and AGM) from 50Ah to 500Ah. The CTEK MULTI XS 25000's attached temperature sensor enables the battery charger to adjust the charge voltage to suit the batteries temperature thereby guaranteeing effective charging in all sorts of climates

When in "supply" mode, the battery charger provides power even when no battery is attached and is indispensable when changing the battery as you avoid losing difficult-to-restore program settings.

Using "recond" mode, you can correct the acid stratification that often occurs in deeply discharged batteries. The battery thereby has its power restored and has a longer service life.

*) Back current drain is what drains the battery if the charger is connected without the power cord connected.

**) Ripple denotes the amount of interference there is to the current and voltage. A high current ripple heats the battery and shortens its life. A linear charger has a current ripple of 70 - 400% which is much larger than the maximum 5% for a modern sealed battery. Voltage ripple could harm other equipment, which is connected to the battery.

The MULTI XS 25000 delivers voltage and current with very low ripple. The battery gains a long service life and there is no risk of damage to other electronic devices connected to the battery.
